ARC Raiders player-count analysis: concurrent players, averages and percentage changes
Keep the denominator and time window beside every population statistic.

ARC Raiders player statistics become useful when the calculation matches the question. A current concurrent count, a rolling average and a peak can all be accurate while describing different parts of the population history. A percentage comparison needs those definitions before it needs a calculator.
ARC Raiders player-count snapshot
Recorded 20 October 2026. These are dated Steam measurements from ActivePlayer’s ARC Raiders player-count dashboard, not a live counter embedded in this article.
| Measure | Recorded figure |
|---|---|
| Concurrent Steam players | 70,452 |
| 24-hour peak concurrent players | 125,761 |
| Average concurrent players, last 30 days | 55,523.9 |
| All-time recorded Steam peak | 465,097 |
The concurrent count was timestamped 04:44 UTC; the historical table was updated at 04:32 UTC. The 24-hour peak is the dashboard’s displayed recent-period value. Figures may change after publication. Steam coverage excludes console players and other PC stores.
Know what is being counted
Concurrent players describe simultaneous Steam activity. They do not describe total owners, distinct monthly users or completed sessions. Multiplying a snapshot by the number of hours in a day does not recover unique daily players, because the same person can appear across many observations.
The 30-day average is a time-based summary of concurrent activity. It is not a count of distinct people. Keep the source’s reporting period visible when comparing it with another average.
A peak-to-snapshot gap is not a retention rate
An all-time maximum and a later snapshot describe different moments. Their arithmetic difference does not track whether the same accounts returned. Retention requires a defined starting group and observations of that group over time.
The official ARC Raiders website supplies game context, while the ARC Raiders Steam listing supplies PC product information. The audience dashboard should keep its Steam label even when the game is available beyond that storefront.
Calculate only after matching the periods
For two comparable values, percentage change is the later value minus the earlier value, divided by the earlier value, multiplied by 100. The baseline must be nonzero. Report the absolute change too, and state the windows and time zones before offering an explanation.
When using the ActivePlayer game-statistics directory to compare titles, match platform scope and measures first. A modest, traceable population comparison is more informative than a dramatic percentage produced from incompatible windows.
